Refund Policy

AEROS International crowdfunding campaign · Last updated July 15, 2026

The short version

• Before the campaign deadline: any backing (pre-order or contribution) is refundable in full, any time, on request.
• If the funding goal isn’t reached by the deadline: everyone is refunded automatically, in full, to the original payment method — initiated within 14 days. No action needed.
• After the goal is reached: pre-orders remain refundable in full up until we publish the US carrier and network band list — and past that point, still refundable if the phone doesn’t fit your network.

How to request a refund

Email kontakt@aeros.no with your order number (it’s in your confirmation email). We process refund requests within 5 business days; your bank or card issuer may take a further 5–10 business days to make the money visible.

Where the money goes back

Refunds always go to the original payment method. We can’t redirect refunds to a different card or account.
