What this campaign is

This is a crowdfunding pre-order campaign, run on our own site. The funding goal and campaign deadline are displayed on the campaign page at all times. Backing the campaign means either pre-ordering an AEROS Juno (International Founder’s Edition) or making a contribution of your chosen amount.

All-or-nothing

If the funding goal is not reached by the deadline, every backer is refunded in full — pre-orders and contributions alike. Refunds are initiated automatically to your original payment method within 14 days of the deadline. You don’t need to do anything.

Payment and delivery

• Pre-orders and contributions are charged at the time of backing.
• Pre-ordered phones ship an estimated six months after the goal is reached. This is an honest estimate, not a guarantee — hardware timelines can move. If anything changes, you’ll hear it from us by email first, with reasons.
• The pre-order price includes shipping. We publish the full US carrier and network band list before anything ships.

Cancellations and refunds

• Until the campaign deadline: full refund of any backing, any time, on request — no questions asked.
• If the goal is missed: automatic full refund (see All-or-nothing above).
• After the goal is reached: when we publish the carrier and band list, pre-orders can still be refunded in full if the phone doesn’t fit your network.

Law and your rights

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Mandatory consumer protections in your own country still apply and are not limited by these terms.

This is early hardware from a small team. We’ll be honest with you at every step — the same way we were with Norway and Sweden.
